Someone smart once said Eat, Pray, Love, and even wrote a book about it. Students here follow it quite sincerely - quite evident from the busy roads after sunset and the Saturday crowd at the faculty quarters. But let’s talk about the Eat part.
Students here LOVE to eat. We eat so much there’s always a crowd everywhere you get food - no matter what the time is. Most of our schedules and even our leisure time revolves around food - admit it, you find yourself accidentally hanging out at Nescafe or the Food Court at least once a day. But even then, many of us are quite limited in our choices when it comes to what we eat, there’s so much out there that so many of us haven’t explored.
We were curious to find out too - how much have we really explored inside the campus and its vicinity? So we set out on a journey - a journey to map all the good dishes and drinks we get in and around IIT Patna! Here are some of our favourite picks, bon appetit!
Starting off, we tried some drinks, Aryan and Areeba wanted something cold but Nandita and Shrey were looking for something hot. So we had to split up.
Ice Tea
Where do I get this: Nescafe
Price: ₹25.00
Probably the most frequently purchased item from Nescafe, the whole campus even, during summers. For several people, it has been a reliable source of hydration when they had no alternatives at hand. It packs a citrus-y punch and it is a cool, crisp, and refreshing summer drink.

Coffee is the most sought-after beverage on campus, that you get at Nescafe. We have two types of hot coffee, Americano & Cappuccino, both at a reasonable price of ₹ 15/-. The best part is, they never run out of it!
